Orange and apple pie
Mix in a bowl or food processor flour, granulated sugar (3/4dl), vanillin sugar and salt. Chop then the butter into small pieces and pour it into the bowl / food processor. Mix until you get a crumbly / bulky mass. Pour cinnamon, the orange zest and powdered sugar (2tbsp) in a plastic bag. Shake. World's Easiest apple pie
Melt margarine in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, half of the cinnamon, vanilla sugar and oatmeal. Place apple slices in a pie dish, about 23 cm in diameter. Spread over batter and sprinkle rest of the cinnamon on top. Bake in middle of oven for 225 degrees 20 minutes or until pie is golden brown. Serve with custard or vanilla ice cream. There will be approximately 8 bits.
